Q. What is your refund policy?

A. Refunds are on a per case basis for the online and membership registration.

For sessions and workshops, normally it is possible to get a refund up to seven days prior to the event.

Q. How do I register?

A. You can register online on this website. If you have any issues with online registration you can send an email to people@smartbots.co.

Q. What age group are the classes for?

A. The minimum age is generally 8 years old.

Q. How do I pay for classes?

A. You can pay online or via internet banking. You can also come to pay in person prior or after a session.

Q. What happens if I miss a class?

A. Online you should be able to pick up where you left.

For club/ lab sessions, depending on your reason, you might be able to catch up with another session another time or another place.

Q. Do I need to use buy / install a programming software?

A. We use Scratch, mBlock, Blockly, MakeCode, Arduino IDE, and Python. All are free to use software and all information regarding downloading and installing software will be provided.

Q. Do I need to purchase anything for classes?

A. You may purchase some of the kits for the online classes, depending on the course and your membership status.

For holiday camps, regular club/ lab meeting, and in-class session, kits are provided.

Q. What should I bring to class?

A. A smile, a fabulous attitude, a drink bottle, and a little snack.
